Mozart’s birthplace
Mozart’s birthplace is located in the center of Salzburg. The building was first built in 1617. Mozart’s parent’s Leopold and Anna Maria lived on the third floor of the house. A friend of the family Johann Lorenz Hagenauer owned the house and so it is also known as the Hagenauer house. Mozart was born on January 27th in 1756 and had a sister named Nannerl born in 1751.
